Whilst doing my research I kept ending up with battered pieces of flipchart paper on which I tried to scribble what I considered to be significant events or phases of development. I began to wonder whether there was a better tool for doing this and after having a stagger around on the internet I found an online tool called Timeglider.
It is an application which basically lets you develop your own timelines so I used it to put together an ‘alternative Totnes’ timeline which relates to my research.
