I currently work at the University of East Anglia where I research system change in relation to energy and the economy. Since the PhD I have done some more research on alternative currencies, including writing a chapter on the Totnes Pound.

Alternative Totnes 
Just a note to say I remember going to Hood Fayre when I was at Exeter University. I can’t remember which year but it was in the 70’s. What I’ll never forget is the Incubus Theatre group holding a packed tent of all ages enraptured with ribaldry and ordering some Conker shoes that even after 3 further consultations were never quite right.
